Forty people sit down mostly unknown to one another and leave after a full shared meal. Everything is designed to feel specific to Chicago: the setting, the pacing, the people in the room and the way the event moves from its opening moments into the part nobody can fully program. It should feel polished enough to take seriously, human enough to relax inside and specific enough that it could not simply be moved to another city unchanged.
